Return window: 30 days — 30 calendar days from delivery for undamaged products, full refund. Full refund with no fee if cancelled within 24 hours of ordering. Non-defective returns: customer pays return shipping plus a transaction fee (2.6-3.6% depending on payment method) and double shipping charges. Defective/quality-issue returns: EcoFlow covers both legs of shipping.
