Split, component-level coverage on the Lycan 5000 (confirmed via Renogy's own product page): the battery gets a 5-year prorated warranty, the enclosure gets 3 years, circuit breakers/surge protection get 1.5 years, and the solar inverter charger, BT-2 module, communication hub, and cables get only 1 year.
Return window: 30 days — 30-day return window. Preference-based returns (not due to a defect) incur a 10% restocking fee and the customer pays return shipping. Quality-issue returns beyond 30 days are handled through the warranty process instead.
